About this tool
The Client Briefing & Scope Generator helps you scope projects cleanly right from the start. Enter the background, goals, target audience and technical requirements, define in a few clicks what's included in the project — and what explicitly isn't — and set the revision rounds and your client's responsibilities. From this, three ready-to-use texts are generated automatically: a complete project brief for documentation, a short email summary for the client to sign off on, and a text block you can drop straight into your quote or contract — with an optional PDF export. Everything you enter stays in your browser only; nothing is sent to or stored on a server.
